Domestic EPCs start from £89 for 1 to 3 bedrooms and go up to £119 for 6-bedroom homes. Commercial EPCs start from £199 for properties up to 200 square metres. Every price includes the assessment, the report and official registration on the UK EPC Register.

Yes. A valid EPC must be in place before a property is advertised for sale or rent in England and Wales, under the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2012. Rented homes must also meet the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (currently band E).
An EPC is valid for 10 years from the date it is issued. You only need a new one sooner if you make substantial energy-related improvements and want the rating updated.
